My experience with Mr. Kellers was nothing short of amazing. He did everything I asked of him and more. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made my divorce process seamless and stress-free. We hired Mr. Kellers for assistance in getting our rent security deposit back from a management company after 5 months since we moved out . The management company claimed they sent the refund almost immediately after we moved out, and the check must have been lost in the mail. They then claimed the...y resent the check and the replacement check must be just taking longer to get to us or lost again even though a month had passed. After that comment they stopped answering or returning our calls. Mr. Kellers sent a well worded demand letter addressing how they were in breach of contract by failing to refund our security deposit. He proactively followed up with them when they were slow to respond. Happy to report our refund was received. We highly recommend Charles Kellers.

Mr Kellers helped us with a neighbor who has been trying to bully us for 3 years. It finally came to a head and the cops called by our neighbor told us to file an injunction against them. Spoke with Mr Keller and he suggested to just send a cease and desist letter. This way we are going to court a...nd hopefully end this quietly and quickly. Mr Keller had a letter out by the end of the day. His quick thinking and fast action ended the neighbors bullying. I can’t thank Mr Keller enough for the quick resolution he gave not only me and my family but the surrounding neighbors being terrorized by our next door neighbors.
