We hired Mr. Kellers for assistance in getting our rent security deposit back from a management company after 5 months since we moved out . The management company claimed they sent the refund almost immediately after we moved out, and the check must have been lost in the mail. They then claimed the...y resent the check and the replacement check must be just taking longer to get to us or lost again even though a month had passed. After that comment they stopped answering or returning our calls. Mr. Kellers sent a well worded demand letter addressing how they were in breach of contract by failing to refund our security deposit. He proactively followed up with them when they were slow to respond. Happy to report our refund was received. We highly recommend Charles Kellers.
