Charles A Kellers

My experience with Mr. Kellers was nothing short of amazing. He did everything I asked of him and more. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made my divorce process seamless and stress-free. His son, Troy, was equally fantastic—always keeping me updated so there were no surprises along the way. What ...truly stood out was how he found an avenue for my ex and me to have an amicable divorce, something I didn’t think was possible. Charles Kellers is an experienced attorney who knows the law and the litigation process. He was always professional, excellent communication throughout the litigation process, and a superior negotiator. One thing I really appreciated about Mr. Kellers is he gave me advice about my case prior to retai...ner. I ended up needing his assistance in the end, and he was there for me every step of the process with compassion for my circumstances. His son is a law student and I hired him to help me file divorce paperwork with the courts. Charles checked over all the paperwork and went with me to file the papers at the courthouse. His company did exactly what they said they would do and he was very easy to work with and a very nice person for... the short time I dealt with him. He was very professional and personable.

I originally chose Mr. Kellers because he seemed a reasonable person at working on a compromise. The first hint of issue was when he wanted me to agree to accuse my now x-husband of sexual abuse. I told him if we stated that, my x would stop all negoiations, which it did. Mr. Kellers stated that i...t would help my case, but the utilmately the judge didn't care. It only hurt me to have to discuss it in court. My x thinks he did nothing wrong. Also, I have a developmentally disabled son and Mr. Kellers stated he had a brother who was developmentally disabled so he knew how to make sure my son was taken care of. When the finaly decree was published, it included nothing about my son's permannent development disability and Mr. Kellers told me he wouldn't help me appeal and that I had to pay him my bill now.
