I have worked with Bryan Gottfredson on a number of employment issues and securities matters. Bryan is an outstanding attorney and a great person. In working with Bryan and our mutual clients, I know that his clients, colleagues, and adversaries appreciate his measured, yet aggressive approach to business disputes. He also knows and appreciates that taking an aggressive position in litigation does not necessarily require dealing with his adversaries in a hostile manner, which unfortunately is common in the legal community.
