Biography
Trust. Quality. Advocacy. Those are the tenants of my practice. I firmly believe that trust between the attorney and client is the best way to achieve results. I have found that trust is best built by actually listening to my clients. I genuinely care about what my clients want and what they have to say. It's hard to believe, but a lot of attorneys do not realize this. I find it is key to the success of my practice.
I have experience in Family Law, Estate Planning, Simple Probate, and some Criminal Law in Gila, Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal Counties. I have successfully resolved and tried cases involving issues like property division, spousal maintenance, child custody, and child support. I have even interned for a judge on the Maricopa County Superior Court, so I am familiar with how judges think and the information they need to make their rulings. I can arm my clients with the information they need to be successful.
