My divorce was a very confusing process, and I found Kelly Shaffer on Google. From the first phone call, Kedra was very professional and helpful. They arranged a meeting with Kelly. She was very informative and helpful. She represented me very well in court and every time I contacted the office, the...y were very helpful. I couldn't have gotten through this without her and her staff.

Looking back I can honestly say that I made a great decision in working with Kelli Satterly in my Divorce and Child Custody needs. Although the separation was amicable and to the point where I initially considered going through the process without representation, it quickly became quite clear that I... would not have been able to do this on my own. The amount of stress alleviated through the support I received (with quick and knowledgeable answers to my questions) helped me along the way in making better/more informed decisions. Hiring Ms Shaffer was a mistake on my part; she was consistently ill prepared for court, late for court, and other than lighten my bank account by several thousand dollars, she did not do a thing for me. She advised me to file useless motions that only served to pad hr bill and she escalated the stre...ss level of this divorce tenfold. I got the distinct impression that my divorce and custody issues only mattered to her as long as she could drag this case out and bill me for it. My best interests were a non issue for her.
