Attempted to Extort Me as a Client

I was sitting in Court on Sept. 14, 2015 and being pressured to accept a plea of six years for DUI. I declined. Defense Attorney Robert Precht ((602)883-2519 tells me, "They have the blood" but waits until he has withdrawn to tell me the State DID NOT have the evidence and for $10,000 he will take th...e case. The Chain of Custody reflects the misconduct. Stay away!

Disgusting. unbelievable... I would rather have a used car salesman represent me if I'm ever in a legal situation again then Robert precht. .. whatever bad legal situation you're in......if this man represents you in my opinion you're basically paying to make your situation worse..
