Jackson White has provided my family with excellent and affordable service when we needed legal service for dealing with a family trust, where some of the siblings were sending lawyer letters to us. My brother passed away on May 30, 2023. He did not have a will and had no property so I thought it was going to be easy. Before passing he was a resident of the Arizona Veterans Home. Unbeknownst to me, he had taken money out of the bank and took it with him to the Veterans Home. They put it in a tru...st for him to use but he did not have me as a beneficiary. When he passed they issued a check to "THE ESTATE OF" instead of directly to me, which the bank would not touch without me being named administrator of his estate.
