Our mother had passed away in September, 2021. Our brother was listed as the successor trustee on her home in Lake Havasu, Az. The successor trustee refused to provide any information regarding the property to my brother and I. I live in Washington State and my brother lives in Oregon, so it was ...difficult to have access to a law firm in Arizona. Aside from assets and debt collection, Ryan also assisted by registering my brother’s death with state and federal entities. This brought myself and my family much relief as we had concerns over possible fraudulent activity with his identification. I highly recommend Ryan Hodges for estate planning and probate law.
