Stay away!!

I was told about this firm from a legal link program through an insurance policy I have. I guess its true, you get what you pay for. I only had to put up $1500 and that surprisingly made it to court- tells you how much research was done. I was originally supposed to work with fabiola who is the firm ...owner and got passed off to Christopher after two times meeting with her. He mad it seem like I had no issues of getting 50/50 custody and days withh daughter seeing as how I raised her from birth. The court day did not go that way. I just lost mg job before I went to court and my EX's attorney made me look like a dirt bag. Instead of asking questions that. Would show iI have always worked my butt off to support my dadaughter and before papers were filed I had my daughter the majority of days. He asked me if I think I should pay child support because I wasn't working... what am I supposed to respond to that. I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't... I gave him plant of information of my ex's transgressions, DUI, not spending days with my daughter on her days and so on and so on. He seemed like he had no idea what was going on or how to ask questions and paint a picture. I didn't spend as much as most, but now I'm thinking I should have and gotten a real family law firm. A few grand up front would have given me more time with my daughter and saved me money in the long run.

Unfortunately this client made some very poor choices in his personal life that negatively affected his case. Not surprisingly, those poor choices were not addressed by the client in his review above. Although the client was straightforward with these issues at least to us, those circumstances certainly did not exist when the client retained our services, and they were not brought up to counsel until shortly before trial. We tell our clients that they have the God-given right to self-implode in their own personal lives, but the best we as attorneys can do is to minimize the damage if those poor choices affect the client’s case. Arizona prefers joint custody and essentially equal parenting time for both parents. If you are not awarded joint custody and equal parenting time by the court, it either means that there are circumstances beyond your control to facilitate such an arrangement (such as living out of state), OR that you need to reevaluate your ability and fitness as a parent. The opposing party’s “transgressions” cited above were too far removed in time to have been relevant at trial. But unfortunately for this client, his actions were very recent and weighed heavily in the judge’s decision.

"It is with pleasure that I endorse Mr. Post. We had a case where multiple issues needed to be addressed with the Court both in the initial dissolution of marriage and post decree matters.
