Integrity is one word used to describe Christopher Post

Christopher Post is an excellent attorney and person. His upbeat personality mixed with his professionalism makes it easy to trust in what this man has to say. As my attorney, Christopher Post represented me in a case, and with his valid researched information, he helped to win my case. Christopher m...ade many points that were clear cut and straight to the point. It’s a relief that I was able to work with an attorney who makes me comfortable and who is easy to work with. Thank you Christopher Post Keep up the GREAT WORK- Kesha-Nicole R

I am in the middle of a relocation case involving my daughter. I relocated with my daughter to Oregon my husband got a great job her. Her father filed for a temporary order hearing. I am the primary custodial parent so moving should have been fine as it states in Arizona law. At the hearing he w...as not prepared. Seemed very unexperianced and not knowleable on the laws or the judge that was assigned. The father represented himself and won the argument because my lawyer did nothing and said nothing to sway or state my side of the story or case. As a result I have to move back to Tucson away from my husband with my other two children untill this case is settled. The firm that he works with has an inclusive fee and now I am out of $3500 for this guy to sit there with his thumb up his butt.

This review could not be further from the truth. In actuality, the client and I prepared for the hearing together. The client approved the argument and the judge agreed with us, ruling in favor of our client. At the last minute, however, the opposing party brought a very crucial piece of evidence to the judge’s attention—the very piece of evidence our client claimed not to have been in existence. After the reviewing this piece of evidence, the judge instead ruled in favor of the opposing party. Had our client not lied to us, she might have gotten a different result. And when a client writes a negative review claiming that her lawyer sat there and “said nothing”, what that really means is that the lawyer was so irate that his client lied through her teeth throughout the entire representation. To summarize, in order to be successful in a relocation case, you should not lie to your lawyer, withhold crucial evidence, and profess your “knowledge” of the law when in fact you have no clue what you are talking about. Case in point: after the hearing, this client retained another lawyer for trial. As one might imagine, our former client lost at trial with her new lawyer. I guess this client’s knowledge of Arizona law really came in handy.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"It is with pleasure that I endorse Mr. Post. We had a case where multiple issues needed to be addressed with the Court both in the initial dissolution of marriage and post decree matters. I found Mr. Post to be proactive in communication, professional with counsel and the Court and timely in working on the case with me. Mr. Post has great attention to detail and advocated effectively for his client."
