A Bankruptcy Attorney Who Cares

We were very fortunate to have found Mr. Larry Karandreas to handle our Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I highly recommend him! He is a superb negotiator who is staunchly on your side. Our case was somewhat complicated and we ran into several unexpected snags during the course of our bankruptcy. Mr. Karandre...as handled these surprises with professional aplomb. At the outset of our case Mr. Karandreas was able to set aside a large portion of our debt that was held by unsecured creditors that had not contacted us for a number of months. This was very helpful. Mr. Karandreas is clear and concise about what he needs to receive from you. He works to keep his fees as low as possible, but never misses a deadline, always giving you ample notice. He has a Shakespearean sense of humor with which he paints word pictures that leave the judge with no doubt as to the character of predatory lenders. If you choose Mr. Karandreas for your bankruptcy attorney, you will be in good hands. Thank you Larry Karandreas for a job well done!

Caring and Professional

Larry helped us through a stressful time in our lives. He made the process seem less daunting and was with us every step of the way, answering any questions that we had. During the five years he was our attorney, he went above and beyond for our family.

Commentary re: Legal Services From Mr. Karandreas

Mr. Karandreas became our legal representative, appointed by the Arizona Bar as a result of poor, very poor legal representation by Phillips and Associates at the onset of our case, subsequently assumed by Wroblewski and Associates who were disbarred to my understanding. In early 2014, Mr. Karandrea...s was appointed as our legal representative to the termination of our bankruptcy. This gentleman was always very attentive to resolving our case, that occurred in late 2015. It is extremely disturbing to me that we are unable to regain the retainer initially paid to Phillips and Associates and that in my opinion is not right. Be that as it may, very disturbing that there is no way for the money to be paid to Mr. Karandreas. I worked in health care for many years and there was always a method to "police" shoddy health care practices, i.e., revocation of the medical license. I have no doubt that the legal profession has a very same system to resolve shoddy legal practices. All in all, I would have no problem giving Mr. Karandreas the highest of recommendations ! Very thankful this horrible chapter in our lives is behind us now.

Mr. Karandreas took over our bankruptcy case that another law firm had dropped the ball on. Thanks to him, it has been successfully discharged. So grateful.
