Great experience

Heath originally set up our trust/wills/poa. Later we had a new baby, and he updated all the docs. He is very pleasant to work with, and we very much trust his work and advice. His fees seem about average.

Probate

Heath came highly recommended by family members after the sudden death of my spouse. With a new baby, a house, cars and a financial mess I needed help getting organized and everything legally in order. Heath was patient, kind and well versed in the law for my specific situation. During the initial consultation, Heath educated me on the process and steps required to complete a application for a registered Trademark. After hiring , Heath completed a preliminary search in a timely fashion, then provided excellent recommendations regarding the appropriate registration classes. ...We were regularly advised and updated concerning progress with our registration application. Heath's knowledge of the law as it applied to our case was I am sure the reason for a successful outcome.
