Waist of Money

I hired Allyson to make sure that I did not lose custody of my son. She talked a big game in the beginning and it looked promising. I paid way too much money and things were supposed to happen before the trial. Instead several things that she said she would do, never happened. I ended up giving my ex... husband ninety percent custody and paying child support. Neither was necessary. In four months time some of this should have been resolved. I paid a lot of money for her, only for my ex husband to make me look bad when I did nothing wrong. Plus I had been with my son since he was born, never asked for child support, and supported him on my own.

So horrible and cost so much money

Allyson is very aggressive and has zero people skills. She talks big game during intake but fails to deliver. I needed a very simple representation, just basics attorney help with child custody. I am not a lawyer and was looking for help, but found the worst outcome possible - all because of Allyson...'s aggressive behavior towards other parent. My ex is actually very reasonable and we were on good terms BEFORE Allyson intervened. She talked me into filing aggressive statements in court, ensuring me that it will get me desired results and then some. Well, the family lawyer does not always have to be aggressive to get a result, but s/he should be smart and know when just help and not choose my battles for me. My ex got so pissed with the way Allyson handled the situation, I end up paying DOUBLE in child support, from what my ex originally asked. And my relations with the child are strained and irreversibly damaged. If the custodial parent is angry at you (because of your lawyer), they have zero reasons to cooperate. Allyson missed deadlines more than once. She also provided false statements to the opposite counselor, placing words in my mouth. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Allyson is a strange, unkind person, that gloats at other people's drama.

Good work in my divorce case

Ms. Del Vecchio represented me on two different occassions, first for my divorce and second for a child custody modification over a year later. She is both professional and caring, giving quality legal advice while being understanding of the sensitivities of a child custody case. She carefully outlin...ed my legal options every step of the way. I'm satisfied with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend Ms. Del Vecchio.

Excellent in Family Law

When I first met Allyson, my family life was in ruins and I had already tried to go the legal route for divorce and custody on my own. Facing trumped up allegations which jeopardized the result of my divorce and any sort of visitation or custody with my children, I hired Allyson to give me the best... chance for a favorable outcome. She was not only knowledgeable, professional and friendly, but also easy to reach and she kept me informed about updates for my cases as mush as it was possible. The best part of all, is that every single challenge was met and overcome and not only did I receive the best possible outcome for my divorce, but I also won custody of my child. I would recommend Allyson for all of your family law matters.

THE BEST!!

After dealing with several attorneys we were fortunate to work with Allyson. My husband and I reside in CA while his child is in AZ. Despite all false allegations of drug abuse, alcohol abuse, etc Allyson was able to get my husband a favorable long distance parenting plan. She is honest and very agg...ressive in court. While the other attorney submitted 100 page documents to the court Allyson would barely submit 20 and still make a stronger point than the opposing counsel. This kind of knowledge could save you tons of money just in the charge for preparing documents. She charged what is fair and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
