I recently worked with Allyson Del Vecchio, I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. She is responsive, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. After dealing with several attorneys we were fortunate to work with Allyson. My husband and I reside in CA while his child is in AZ. Despite all false allegations of drug abuse, alcohol abuse, etc Allyson was able to get my husband a favorable long distance parenting plan. She is honest and very agg...ressive in court. While the other attorney submitted 100 page documents to the court Allyson would barely submit 20 and still make a stronger point than the opposing counsel.
