Elizabeth Mullins was the Attorney whom represented me in both of these cases and let me tell you she is the best of the best. Her pre trial perperation is unblievable. She puts together a defense in a very methodical way and then gathers the necessary evidence to support it. Her courtroom presence is something you have to witness to believe. She is self assured, commanding but not arrogant, and has a very quick mind that allows her to react to the unavoidable surpises that do arise. Her knowedge of the law is deep and broad and she uses it to control the flow of the court room proceedings. You ever watch an athelete at the top of their game it is like watching artwork in motion. Well that is the way i describe Elizabeth Mullins in the court room. I have tried this same process with lesser atorneys and have failed so believe me when I tell you the results are tied directly to the attroney represnting not the situation and the facts. The year prior the same neighor filed an IAH against me and I didnt want to spend the money to hire Cantor even though Elizabeth had just worked with me to get a directed verdict dissmisal in the violation of the IAH case..So i went and hired another attorney we went to court and this neighbor argued basically the same case(that Elizabeth Mullins just helped me win) and won. One year later we are back in court but this time with Elizabeth Mullins and now he has compiled even more false allegations which is going to make it even harder to defend against his claims but Elizabeth Mullins was able to wade thru the bullshit so that the jugde could see that there wasnt harrassmment just a neighbor that doesnt like a another neighbor. Same situation and issues but with differnt attorneys and vastly different results. This time I win. If your thinking whats the big deal about an iah then you have never had one filed agaisnt you by a vindictive person that will use it in attempt to have you arrested for pretty much anything. They make your life hell. So needless to say I wanted this IAH removed and i needed the a good attorney to help me get it done. I will say it again if you want the best representation that you can find hire Cantor and talk to Elizabeth Mullins. You will not be disappointed. I hope i never need another criminal attorney but if do i am going right back to Cantor and asking for Elizabeth Mullins.

When I was arrested for domestic violence and disturbing the peace I knew my only hope was to hire an attorney. I met with Elizabeth Mullins a...nd explained my story. Elizabeth was extremely polite and courteous while she listened to how the events of that night unfolded. She took extensive notes and made sure every detail leading up to my arrest had been covered. When I completed my story Elizabeth smiled and put down her pen. Suddenly this sweet, courteous and polite person turned into a crusader against injustice and became angry at how laws set-up to protect people are being misused. Elizabeth knew the prosecutor that was assigned to my case which was also impressive (always know your opponent). She knew exactly what he was going to do before he did it. Throughout my case there was never any surprises because during our initial meeting Elizabeth was able to break down every detail, what the prosecutor would offer as a plea agreement and what the end result would be. I also need to mention that Elizabeth did not receive full cooperation from the arresting officers or the prosecution. For starters, officers would fail to appear at their deposition and the prosecution ignored requests for witnesses contact information. I thought for sure the extra expenses for filing motions, time spent trying to get depositions and other obstacles encountered would be brought up at some point. You know, those well hidden costs buried in your contract that seemingly rise up out of no where. However, it was never even mentioned because it was all part of doing business! That is when I realized this law firm is committed and focused on the pursuit of justice. Just as Elizabeth predicted in our first meeting, the charges filed against me were eventually dismissed. If I did not have one of the best attorney's in my corner there is no doubt in my mind the outcome would have been completely different.
