In addition to her personal injury litigation experience with Phoenix-based firms, Ms. Horan worked with a national plaintiff-based class action law firm representing consumers who have been injured by large corporations and their products. She also participated in high-profile cases, such as In Re NCAA Image and Likeness Licensing Litigation in the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Claudia was a legal assistant and paralegal at a personal injury and criminal defense law firm for several years. During law school, Claudia worked at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in the felony trial group as a Rule 38 Certified Prosecutor.
