Joels pre-trial statements and the amount if time he spent catching up to speed with my case all the way to his personal emials after court encouraging you and how fast he returns calls and emails to his staff and the atmosphere and his positiove light every time you speak to him he gives you a hug after court and is very supportive of your emotional state throughout the process.
