Although I was fortunate enough to not have to hire a ssi disability attorney, the phone consult she gave me was most valuable. I was approved for ssi in Nov 2015. I followed up to her office to advise them. I am grateful that people like Allyson are out there. She is most helpful and knowledgeable on disability cases. If needed, I would have hired her over others. I spoke with several offices.
Allyson is a native of Glendale, Arizona, and has resided in the Phoenix area her entire life. She attended Alhambra High School in West Phoenix, and afterward attended Arizona State University on an academic scholarship. After working for several years, Allyson ultimately received her Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing, from University of Phoenix. She subsequently pursued a career in healthcare sales and maintained this career while earning her law degree at Phoenix School of Law. While in law school Allyson participated in the ABA Representation in Mediation competition and was able to assist pro se debtors in reaffirmation proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. In addition, Allyson participated in a legal externship with Snow, Carpio and Weekley, focusing on Social Security Disability. She looks forward to devoting her practice to assisting disabled workers pursue their Social Security Disability claims.

"Allyson and the attorneys at Snow, Carpio & Weekley are experienced, hard-working attorneys. They truly care about their clients and the community, and not just the bottom-line. I would highly recommend them for workers’ compensation or social security disability matters."

"I may be biased because Allyson is my little sister - but when my law firm needed to hire an attorney to handle our Social Security disability cases, she was a unanimous choice by all of the partners. Allyson and I have worked together handling disability claims at several firms since 1997. Although she just graduated from law school in 2013, Allyson has literally worked on thousands of disability cases over the years at all levels of the claim process. Understanding how the process works at every level as a paralegal has made her a much more effective lawyer. Her trial skills are amazing and she already has a higher win rate in court than I do with 15 years' experience! I feel comfortable sending all of my injured worker clients to Allyson for representation on their Social Security disability claims."
