I made a huge mistake while on vacation in Arizona and drove under the influence, it was raining and I lost control of my vehicle and ran into a fence. After spending the night in jail and returning home i was devistated and humiliated I had previously received a DUI in my home state and this was goi...ng to be my second charge. As I found out during my consultations with other attorneys was that unlike my home state who in comparison is fairly easy on drivers charged with even theyre second DUI, Arizona is much different and the penalties are much tougher. I hired a large reputable firm after they woo'd me and told me everything was going to be ok, they would take care of this and I would get out of the mandatory 90 day jail time by doing home arrest instead, I hired them thinking they would help me. Two months had passed by I was no longer in touch with the lead attorney who talked me into signing, I was passed on to another who told me there was nothing to fight for there wasn't anything they could do and to add to it the county I received me DUI in didn't offer home arrest the only option was to spend 90 days in jail. I didn't know how I would be able to keep my life together spending 90 days, I work 2 full time jobs taking a day off is a pain, 3 months would have destroyed my career. My gut kept telling me that I hired that I hired the wrong attorneys so I did my research and was referred to Kris, I am beyond thankful for finding him. He told me to send my case over and he would review it and give me his opinion, I received a call the very next morning from him, he let me know it was going to be a fight but there were some holes in the case and he thought a better outcome could happen. I didn't hesitate for a minute, everything was telling me this was the RIGHT attorney, it was so refreshing to have after dealing with my previous attorneys, he was honest and straight forward with me he also treated me with respect and made me feel like I was still good person Who had made a mistake and I really needed and appreciated having that support from my attorney. Kris kept in constant contact with me letting me know everything he found, letting me know each time he spoke with the DA and submitted plea offers, he went the extra mile for me every single time. Finally I received a call from Kris telling me they took our plea deal and I was reduced to first time DUI, my criminal damage charges for hitting the fence were dropped and he had even included in my plea for it to NOT be reported to the MVD as an accident. What a relief I was now looking at 1-30 days in jail instead of 90 days but Kris let me know we were going to ask for minimum days so that I could keep both of my jobs and sure enough he got the judge to agree to my day being served the night of the arrest. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome he is a truly gifted attorney. Even once my case had finished I was having trouble sorting out my DUI classes because I live in another state and the classes conflicted with my work schedule without hesitation Kris went to bat for me again speaking to the judge about alternatives to help me keep my jobs. I am thankful everyday that I found and hired Kris, I know my life would be very different today had I stuck with the first attorneys that I hired. He is god sent, of your are in any trouble there isn't anyone else I would recommend, after this experience I truly believe your case is only as strong as your attorney and Kris is the BEST out there.

I live in Tucson, Az. and Mr. Califino was retained for me, by a secondary party for an alleged violation of No "Taxi Plate" as I was driving for Uber and the Police officer stopped me for an alleged improper left lane change.
