Jared Allen is the Defense Attorney you need!

Like many of us, I never expected to get in trouble with the law. People don't realize how little you need to do to get in trouble with the law. As a matter of fact, we all do things unknowingly that are considered breaking the law. I was devastated when I learned that I was going to be arrested for ...something so minor. The city's prosecutor was ruthless. They treat people with very little dignity even for very minor cases. They demanded the highest punishment they could exact. Jared Allen came to my rescue. He explained very clearly what my options were. He improvised a strategy that would allow me to walk away with a clean record if I fulfill the court's conditions. He was very calm and composed in the court room. He fought hard to reduce any punishment they wanted to throw at me. We planned for the best case scenario and that was exactly what I got. I was able to avoid jail time. Several charges were dropped and I was left with one minor charge--a charge that was going to be dismissed after satisfying the court's conditions and paying a fine. He personally ascertained that the agreement we had with the court was clearly written on paper. Any ambiguity he found was cleared up before my signature could even be written on paper. My experience with Jared Allen and his law firm has been very positive. They are result driven and will do what it takes to protect and defend their clients. I highly recommend him and his firm if you find yourself needing an excellent defense attorney. Gilbert Resident
