Michelle was referred to us by our financial planner. The fees were significantly higher than the last will & trust we created 16 years ago. However, her knowledge of the law, level of detail in addressing complex issues and willingness to explain things in layman's terms was helpful. Our work sche...dules and locations made it difficult to meet, and she was willing to conference call after hours to review the documents and save us a trip downtown. Her accommodation of our schedule and thoroughness of the legal forms was appreciated. Staff was friendly and approachable. They also assist families with ALS for end of life planning, and have a sensitivity to working with families of loved ones with ALS.

Michelle was amazing - she listened, asked clarifying questions, and provided information in a respectful manner, making sure that my mother in law fully understood her options. S...he took the time to make her feel comfortable, and she focused on her concerns. I also really appreciated that Michelle clearly explained when a trust is needed or not - my mother in law had received some guidance previously that might have led to an unnecessary expense - Michelle provided the information in a manner that gave her the understanding she did not have previously, enabling her to make her own decision on good facts. The whole process was efficient and straight forward, and Michelle provided a clear list of instructions that needed to be completed outside of the office. We hired Michelle and her team to evaluate two estates. She and her team invested the time to fully understand our current situation, along with the detail of our desires if/when we should pass away.
