We needed help with updates to estate planning documents (will, living will, POAs) due to a challenging family situation. Michelle was amazing - she listened, asked clarifying questions, and provided information in a respectful manner, making sure that my mother in law fully understood her options. S...he took the time to make her feel comfortable, and she focused on her concerns. I also really appreciated that Michelle clearly explained when a trust is needed or not - my mother in law had received some guidance previously that might have led to an unnecessary expense - Michelle provided the information in a manner that gave her the understanding she did not have previously, enabling her to make her own decision on good facts. The whole process was efficient and straight forward, and Michelle provided a clear list of instructions that needed to be completed outside of the office. They also offered a service to take care of those, had my mother in law not felt comfortable following up on her own. I would not hesitate to hire Michelle again.

I needed updates to my will and POAs as I have recently found out my lifespan is questionable. I am sure you realize how much this can encompass. My concern is totally for my daughter and help after my demise, since I am her only living parent. Michelle has helped me organize my priorities, updated m...y POAs and will, and I believe most important - shows such compassion and caring for my endeavor. When you have an attorney that you know will be there to counsel and help your loved ones in their grieving times with understanding and compassion, that tops everything in my book! I also want to mention that when I needed the POAs (and I had a short window of a few days) Michelle and her staff were on top of everything and at a whirlwind pace. Within 2 days (2 days!) I had all needed copies for my daughter, hospital and whoever depending on the outcome. I was recommended to Michelle and let me tell you, I am so happy I found her and her wonderful staff. She knows the answers immediately and how to deal with them - no hesitation! I loved working with her!
