Michael Irish is a fully-functioning transactional business & real estate attorney, focusing his practice (iLaw, PLLC - Founded 2018) on contract work, looking to transition into a General Counsel or in-house type role. Michael is also a licensed mediator, tries to resolve all conflicts, and is planning on using these talents someday behind the bench in the judicial ranks. • Represents property owners in regards to all matters relating to the ownership and management of commercial real estate, in addition to representing both lenders/borrowers in a variety of finance transactions (loan originations - workouts of troubled loans)
• Assists landlords, property/asset managers and other clients in regards to resolving landlord-tenant disputes, FED (eviction) actions, rent collections, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, in addition to other types of commercial and real estate litigation
• Provides counseling as well as services in forming limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations, drafting operating agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements and buy/sell agreements, employment agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, negotiating and documenting all other forms of business transactions
• Managed document review projects, discovery motions; experienced in taking and defending depositions, legal research, preparing legal memoranda: Complaints, Answers, demand letters, AZ Corporation Commission filings, corporate dissolutions, and liquor licensing
