Ms. Robinson fiercely advocates on behalf of employees for all types of discrimination and retaliation, failure to accommodate, equal pay claims, contractual disputes, hostile work environment, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, and severance negotiations. She advocates for her clients against small local companies and Fortune 500 companies at the EEOC, DOL, and in Federal and State Court.
Ms. Robinson is certified as a Senior Human Resource Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). This education provides her with insight into employers’ HR infrastructure, risk management, diversity and inclusivity agendas, the creation and implementation of policies, and talent management.

Lack of courage or experience
Initially, Krista and Joel were very responsive, polite and receptive to my case. They listened attentively and provided me with a couple of options they thought were available and best suited to my situation- 1. submitting a letter of demand to the company with the intention to get some minimal mone...
I am surprised by your review, given the extensive amount of time we spent with you (multiple phone calls, two in-person meetings) while only charging you a standard consultation fee. Our Firm's philosophy is to only take meritorious cases that we intend to litigate fully. Therefore, we only take cases when we are confident that the law has been violated and we feel the case would successfully go to trial if not resolved with a demand letter. This is, in our view, a benefit to both the potential client and the attorney. It means that we do not end up charging a client a large amount of money to pursue a losing case. Some attorneys may agree to take a more risky case, but the risk belongs to the client. The attorney gets paid either way. That is not our philosophy. In your situation, we stand by our decision not to represent you as, based upon the facts you presented to us, your case would not have successfully made it to a jury given the current state of the law. We don’t take money from a potential client if we are not almost certain that we will be successful given the facts of the case. Additionally, your review misrepresents our Firm and the reason we declined to represent you. Our firm is not afraid to take cases against large companies. We have represented several clients against many top-ranked Fortune 100 companies. We currently have a case pending in district court against a large Telecom company. In this respect, your statements about our courage and experience are simply not accurate. And I am puzzled by why you would feel compelled to make them. With that said, we are glad things worked out for you and wish you the best.
"Krista is an extremely bright attorney that cares about the outcome of her client's cases. I've consulted with Krista on a number of employment matters and she is always able to articulate a sound strategy. She is always accessible to clients as well because she wants to make sure she provides the best representation! I would highly recommend Krista for any employment matter you may be facing."
"Krista is a great lawyer and friend. She is compassionate and hard working and any client with an employment issue would be well-served to have her represent them."
