Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was symposium editor for the Nevada Law Journal, served as president of the Federalist Society, and earned the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Law School. His student note, entitled “Pre-Dispute Binding Arbitration in Consumer Warranties: The Ninth Circuit Concludes Correctly for All the Wrong Reasons” was published in Volume 13 of the law review. Aaron spent his law school summers as an extern for a federal bankruptcy judge and as a law clerk for the Goldwater Institute.
