Biography
Matt is a litigator in the areas catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Matt also represents business clients in employment matters and disputes with other businesses. He was at the forefront of defending Arizona businesses in the recent wave of "tester lawsuits" in which over 2,000 Arizona business owners were sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Matt has been selected by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. He was also selected as a Board Member of the Maricopa Country Bar Association, Litigation Section.
One of Matt's greatest joys in being a lawyer is working closely with clients, learning about them and their families, advocating for them, and righting wrongs they have suffered.
