My Practice
I focus on workers' compensation, probate, and adoptions in Utah. I am a solo practitioner, which allows me to maintain flexibility with my costs and fees. I understand that each case is unique and every client has different needs. I use the facts of each case to charge only what is necessary. My clients can expect me to keep them informed through every step of the legal process. That way, we will be united in working towards the best possible resolution. I keep myself available to receive a client's call, text, or email to answer whatever questions my clients may have.
Legal Experience
I graduated from from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University with a J.D. After being admitted to the Utah Bar in 2004, I served 6 years as an active duty Air Force JAG attorney and currently serve in the Air Force Reserve as a JAG attorney.

My office has helped injured workers from Blanding, Richfield, Milford, Beaver, Parowan, Enoch, Cedar City, New Harmony, Leeds, Washington, Kanab, Hurricane, St George, Ivins and Santa Clara. Industrial accidents can be serious, so I provide zealous representation and candid, informed advice about the injured worker's options, and the pros and cons of those options. We also love to help with adoption cases, whether it be an adoption of a foster child or a parent adopting their stepchild.
