Biography
Dawn is a partner in the law firm of Atkin & Associates. Her practice focuses exclusively on the representation of injured workers in Utah workers compensation cases. She has a broad range of experience with workers compensation claims including catastrophic injuries, denials for pre-existing conditions, independent contractor issues and work at home injuries.
Dawn received her B.F.A in metal sculpture before following in her parents’ footsteps by graduating from the University of Utah College of Law. She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1993 and is a member of The Utah Association for Justice Board of Governors, and sits on the Advisory Counsel of the Utah Labor Commission.
Whenever she can slip away from the office, Dawn enjoys making pottery, glass, silver work and gardening.

Someone who cares
