OUTCOME: About half of my cases settle and half go to hearing and then up on appeal.

I have successfully assisted clients with injuries to their spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum), shoulder rotator cuff, elbows, eyes, fingers, lungs, knees, hips, ankles, etc. I also take certa ... in occupational diseases cases. Clients come from a great variety of industries including trucking, construction, healthcare, retail, education, pipeline, auto / diesel mechanic, road maintenance, etc. Clients come from all over Central and Southern Utah with a few from out of state who came to work for a Utah employer. Old cases (pre-1994 are okay), or prior cases that have worsened. I carefully screen each case to determine specifically how I can help.

Car Accident Cases

OUTCOME: Attorney is adequately paid, and Client walks away with larger payout.

While some car accidents are complex (i.e., a five-car pile-up on an icy road), other car accidents are straight-forward (i.e., Bad Driver ran red light and t-boned me, causing me to suffer whiplash an ... d a broken wrist). In these straight-forward cases, the attorney's work is generally simple and so the attorney can reasonably reduce the attorney fee. At Tim Daniels Law Services, we do not nickel-and-dime the client. If the case appears straight-forward, we reduce our fee and gather evidence to push the insurance company into paying the policy limits.
