I am older, have no skills due to being a stay at home mom and taking care of our family, so I am unable to get a decent job. Marilyn is a nice person but, I don’t feel like I got what I should have. I also feel like if we would have met and had a plan before mediation it many have worked out better. She made me feel like I was already a winner going into mediation but, did. It feel like one after.

The rest of the assets were by law to be split 50/60, well I got 0 of the assets, he got the toyhauler, 2 dirtbickes, 4 4 wheelers, 30 guns, safe that I bought to hold 60 guns, all 4 vehicles, boat, and the list goes on. Mediation lasted 14 hours! He let the neighbors go through my things and take what they want. He had a big blue dumpster delivered and threw away the rest of my personal items, allot of antiques from family members. And that’s just a small portion of what happened! Steer clear of this firm!
