Keith and his assistants worked on a significant and difficult collections issue for our company. His efforts resulted in a judgement for our business but as it turned out the very troubled defendant in this case committed suicide, leaving his family and estate to deal with these problems. There se...emed to be no rational expectation that the estate would or could meet all of the obligations that were being pursued. It was a difficult and emotionally charged situation for all involved and Keith dealt with the case in a calm, rational and effective manner to it's conclusion. It did not turn out well but probably as good as it could in view of the circumstances.
