I used him in my DUI case. An officer pulled me over and said I was swerving and drunk. I had had nothing to drink. I did the breathalyzer twice, but it wasn’t working right. So he took me to the station and did a blood test. But I had to spend the night in jail. When they got the blood test back, I ...had absolutely nothing in my system. The DUI got thrown out, but the officer said I refused to do the breathalyzer, so you automatically loose your license for 18 months. I hired Joel to help me get my license back. He said no problem and took my 5k. He did absolutely nothing to help me and then the day I got my license back he texts me that he got it back early for me, but it had been exactly 18 months. He just took my money and didn’t care that I couldn’t drive 18 months, when he said he could help. He actually wouldn’t t return my calls and his excuses was that he was always on vacation. Do not use him.

Let me start off by saying my situation was starting to drain me emotionally & mentally. I had already been on probation when I hired Joel and then I picked up new charges and it definitely wasn't looking too good for me. Joel is an amazing lawyer, that is the easiest way to explain the outcome of my case(s). I was facing numerous charges that all carried the potential for life sentences so I retained Mr. Kittrell. Mr. Kittrell kept me out of jail on a second-offense DUI. He did this by way of pushing my sentencing farther and farther away by filing motions. When my court date finally arrived, he was able to negotiate with the prosecutor who agreed to give me home confinement with work release. His fee was p...aid in full up front because the 6 months of time that elapsed since I was arrested allowed me to sell my vehicle. Highly recommended - worth the cost.
