I handle all types of criminal defense matters, whether they be in Utah State Court, Utah Federal Court. or Utah Justice Courts. I have handled approximately 100 trials, including numerous jury trials in all courts. I have been able to secure not-guilty verdicts in both forms. Additionally, I have been successful arguing motions a tall levels as well. Overall, I have the experience, tactical knowledge, passion, and patience to provide quality assistance in any criminal matter.

I handle all types of family issues including divorce, child custody, and protective orders. I am very experienced at the nuanced issues related to property and child custody that arise when parties are getting divorced. Overall, I have been able to get tough cases resolved in a manner that works well for my clients.

I have handled many juvenile cases, including defense of juveniles charged with sexual misconduct against other juveniles, theft, etc... Juvenile cases are very nuanced in how they progress procedurally and in how the prosecutor and probation department interact within those cases. Overall, I do an excellent job of navigating them in the right way so that young clients can move forward after a tough incident, or demonstrate their innocence if the allegation is false.

I have handled various types of disputes over contracts, and have even pursued some of these issues to trial in Utah District Court.
