Whatever brings you joy, should be as much a part of your life as hard work and all the other small details that consume our day.
When I am not working, I love to travel and to enjoy time with my family, grandkids, friends and pooch.
To me there is nothing better than waking up in a strange part of this beautiful world, listening to a saluation of good morning in a different language and fully understanding its meaning by watching the universal twinkle of the eyes as a smile lights up someone's face.
To me there is nothing better than waking up in the crisp morning air to the smell of a campfire and bacon cooking while watching the sun come up over a mountain peak.
Or watching beavers pop up and down with curiosity as my kayak glides silently through the water as the sun sets.
Or gathering my family together and observing the grandkids play and their parents, (my children), playfully teasing each other as they did when they were small.
If you are looking for an attorney, you are probably going through a difficult time. I understand a little of what you are going through.
Those of us who have gone through a divorce, or other legal matter, know that it can be a hard, confusing and frightening time. I divorced in the early nineties. I had just finished law school and was struggling to keep up with expenses, a new job, and parenting three children as a single mom. It was a stressful.
Legal problems get resolved, life calms down and that old sun keeps coming up each morning.

Unresponsive and unprofessional
The free consultation offered was basically speaking to her secretary. The secretary was initially courteous, gathered extensive information about my case and promised Patricia would call me later in the day, which didn't happened. A couple of days later, the secretary called me requesting more info...

Please be advised that you did not receive a free consultation. Consultations are always with an attorney. Staff usually gather information before the attorney consultation to allow for better preparation for specific issues. Although not an excuse, your calls came during the last two weeks of December and oftentimes, we take more time off during this period. This past holiday I had a heavy court schedule in an out-of-town court before Christmas and then was on vacation until after the New Year. I am sorry that your calls fell between the cracks, that you did not get an attorney consultation and that you did not have your questions answered. I hope that you have found a great attorney at this point and wish you the best.
