I've never had to hire an attorney before, but I feel that Robb has done an excellent job on my custody case so far. There have been a few times where the opposing council has submitted pleadings or evidence the evening before a hearing and Robb was on it. He reached out to me to let me so that I c...ould review their response and review Robb's response before he submitted. From the beginning Robb was open and honest with me on my particular situation. He's never guaranteed me a specific outcome to my ongoing case, which is a green flag to me. He'll let me know if a particular strategy or filing is worth the cost. With me he has been very responsive and has helped me manage expectations of case outcomes. He's been great in helping me manage my emotions and frustrations that come with a stressful unexpected life situation.

The first time I contacted Robb was on a Saturday and I was going to leave a message but I got a hello this is Robb. I was like wow you answered and he laughed I told him I need help with a divorce and child custody. He had me in his office that Monday and talked about my situation. He wrote down ev...erything that I would like to see happen . And I have to say this guy shoots it straight and honest every step of the way. But Robb got me what I wanted out of the divorce all I have to say is thank you for everything. Robb is not cheap nor expensive but the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Robb Jones is the most honest fair attorneys I’ve ever known. He truly cares about his clients and always has them in there best interests. I had to fire robb Jones for sitting on his hands and did nothing in my case and kept expecting more money. I found out he did not even talk to the judge in my case like he said he did. He did not talk to the defendant over the course on my case which lasted over a year and a half shouldn't have. It ...was a simple case that could have been resolved in a matter of and no longer than 3 months. In the meantime defendant is sending many frivolous statements to the judge and where was robb to defend me on these statements to the judge. I found this info out when I fired robb and started representing myself is when I found out defendant was doing this over a course of a 1 1/2 years. I immediately wrote the judge letting him know in writing I had to fire attorney and now representing myself. I actually did a better job representing myself than robb as my attorney and in a timely efficient manner.
