Biography
Most of my practice focuses on general commercial litigation and defending complex personal injury cases. My practice involves representing world class convention centers, defending amusement parks, cheerleading companies, and major trucking companies. I also engage in insurance defense.
I was appointed at the request of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as a receiver in the United States District Court in a 15 million dollar securities fraud case.
I have also defended construction and development clients in federal and state fair housing matters and in property disputes. In addition, I have represented doctors and other health care providers before the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.
