My practice is in commercial real estate, business and commercial lending law, where I regularly represent businesses, lenders, sellers, and buyers.
In real estate, I am experienced in financing, purchases and sales, development, leasing and title matters. I have been counsel in transactions involving shopping centers, apartment complexes, ranches and farms, and commercial developments.
In my commercial and business practice, I assist clients in their day-to-day legal needs as well as with financing, secured transactions (personal property lending), equipment leasing, supply agreements, the formation and conduct of businesses, contract negotiations and structuring, asset and stock purchase-sale transactions, and the preparation and negotiation of loan documents.
