Biography
Jonathon Tichy has a broad practice assisting closely-held companies with the full spectrum of their domestic and international legal needs. For many clients, Jonathon serves as their outside general counsel managing not only their standard corporate issues, but also business litigation, negotiations, employment issues, licensing, and government regulatory issues as well. In other words, his clients know that whatever matter they bring forward he will see that it gets handled properly by engaging the right legal resources. Much of his domestic legal focus has been with companies in the oil & gas services industry in Utah and Colorado. His international work has centered primarily on clients with significant ties to Europe, China, and South America. With regards to problem solving, dispute resolution, and litigation, he has handled significant matters in the federal and state courts in Utah, Colorado, and Nevada on both the trial court and appellate levels.
