Bill Beesley’s law practice centers in business law, real property law, and commercial litigation with particular emphasis in the areas of commercial and heavy construction, insurance defense, commercial real estate and intellectual property.
Over the span of his career, Mr. Beesley has represented a wide range of clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, owners, bonding companies, surety companies, architects, title companies, banks, restaurants, commercial real estate brokerages, and developers.
Mr. Beesley has litigated and handled matters ranging from complex mechanic’s lien and construction defect cases to multi-million dollar construction disputes with the Utah Department of Transportation, Wyoming Department of Transportation, and the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
Mr. Beesley has significant experience in contract drafting and negotiation with emphasis in commercial construction contracts, federal and state construction contracts, and commercial leases. Mr. Beesley also represents clients in intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyright, and artist representation as well as media/public relations consulting.
Mr. Beesley represents several clients in the capacity as outside corporate counsel where he handles all aspects of the companies’ legal affairs.
