Kyle D Adams

After my wife petitioned for divorce last August, I looked for an attorney and hired Kyle after visiting with him in a consultation. I expressed my concern with having no idea what to do and where to find answers, and specifically asked Kyle to help guide me through the process -- since I really had... no idea what it entailed. Kyle was very professional in his handling of my divorce case, but he was also very personable in our interactions. He was proactive in answering my many questions, along with offering his suggestions and preferences, and the reasons for them. I also explained to Kyle that I wanted to know whatever he thought or felt about decisions, but that I would have the final say in the steps we took and the direction we headed rather than just turning it completely over to him. Kyle was totally great with handling my case as I had asked. He also took care to not pursue needless directions and filings and communications which would serve little purpose, but would add to the delay and cost of the case. I appreciated his concern about doing a thorough job and representing my interests (even when I didn't really understand what that meant early on). I also appreciated his constant communication with me so that I knew what was going on, understood the implications as best I could, and could make decisions about what I wanted done. He has been very considerate of my concerns, my questions, and my wanting to have a fair and equitable outcome -- as much as was possible. And despite my sometimes wanting things done differently than he may have chosen, he has been very upfront about following through and representing my interests. I appreciate that very much. And I also appreciate his defending me against what often seemed like ridiculous innuendo and attempts at manipulation from the opposing attorney. That was very helpful and supportive. I most definitely am grateful for Kyle's efforts on my behalf. I would certainly use his services again, and also would completely recommend him to others as extremely capable and very trustworthy.

We started working with Kyle almost 4 months ago and have been working towards more custody with our Daughter. We are still preparing for our hearing however, Kyle has worked hard to make sure that we are always taken care of, and aware of whats going on and takes our case very seriously. We know tha...t if we ever have a question or concern he will always get us the right answer asap. He has worked hard on our case to eliminate any extra costs that are not necessary and is MORE than fair on his billing. When my ex wife's attorney tried to delay our custody case with completely irrelevant and pointless topics and questions Kyle handled quickly and without hesitation. He has been an amazing attorney, and friend we trust him and look forward to our hearing date, and more time with our Daughter! We give our FULL stamp of approval.

Our experience with hiring Mr. Adams to represent our business was nothing but fast and professional. He returned calls in a very timely manner and was always available when we needed him. He helped us win our case and get the most possible out of it, making a very poor experience with another compan...y a little more bearable. I would highly recommend him.

Hired Kyle Adams for a case he said would be quite simple. He made it more difficult because he does not respond to emails or phone calls. His paralegal would sometimes respond, but then she followed the same work ethic as Kyle and stopped responding. I had to email the partners twice and they finall...y got back to me with another attorney to work on my case. The other attorney responded and was good. However, if you want any attention you have to email the partners and that's a horrible way to run a law firm. Would never hire Kyle or anyone at this law firm.

Contacted Pearson Butler for collecting debt from another party. Not only did they take almost two years and got me $12. I had to follow-up with them more than 15 times. They wouldn't respond many times. In fact, Kyle Adam our attorney was beyond horrific. He wouldn't respond, wouldn't work on our ca...se and would continue to charge us money for reviewing our case every week. I even emailed the partners two times and no response. The entire operation is poorly run top to bottom.
