Hired for a wrongful termination lawsuit. I was advised from the beginning to ask for a settlement for less than my employer had already offered me. The communication was terrible. After 7 months with no progress I have finally moved to another attorney. I thought for months that the employer was ...unresponsive. It turned out that they were responding timely but it was at times taking over a month for Jason to communicate their messages to me. I'm not sure what I paid for. I ended up writing the demand letter myself and presented all ideas with the case. The final slap in the face is when the final invoice came, I was charged for time "responding to emails". Turns out, these were emails to me that I had sent over and over again following up on the status of my case. So I was billed for time in responding to me telling me reasons why I hadn't been responded to. I mentioned this to him, but of course, no refund for this "time" I paid for. I was told he is a good attorney, but takes on too much to be productive. That was my experience... always felt like a burden and no time invested in my case.

I met with Jason to review my case with a competing attorney and found him to be very honest and knowledgeable around the employment law domain. Jason gave sound legal advice and provided a comfortable environment to discuss my legal issues. Jason was very responsive and friendly in all his dealing...s with me. His prices seemed very reasonable and his goals in completing the case line up with the values I would want in someone who represents me.
