Rachel struggled to manage the emotional weight of complex cases. Her approach was to prioritize easier matters or push for settlements, even when it wasn't in the best interest of her client. Because of the concessions she pressured me into, I’ve been back in court ever since she withdrew from my ca...se. She left behind a significant mess that my new counsel has had to clean up—at four times the cost. These issues could have been avoided had she properly advocated for me from the beginning. Both my current attorney and the commissioner have expressed disbelief at the terms Rachel advised me to accept. Her lack of due diligence has led to ongoing litigation and unnecessary conflict. When I raised these concerns with her, she took no responsibility for the outcome. If you're looking for a strong, assertive attorney who can handle challenging cases, I would not recommend Rachel.

Rachel was absolutely amazing. She clarified every detail. I felt she did not waste my time nor money. She was on point. I felt she always responded in a timely manner. At times I truly felt like I could have been her one and only client because of how responsive and timely she was with me. This mea...nt a lot to me because I had a previous attorney prior to Rachel on this same issue who would ignore me and in a way "put me in the back burner". Rachel helped to remind me how strong and confident I could be and to not let another walk all over me. She helped to solve my case with reasonable expectations. She also was up front with me about what to expect and not afraid to be honest and truthful with me. Even if it was something I did not want to hear. I cannot put in words how grateful I am that she worked on my case. I did have to wait to become a client of hers. I am so glad I waited and was able to become her client. She was so forth the wait and extra expense. Thank you Rachel you truly helped me in so many ways.

Cons - It costed me a fortune and throughout the length of the year never addressed my biggest concern of temporary orders to have parent time with my son. I never felt that the communication was anywhere near adequate especially considering the very high cost. I learned so much and got so much insig...ht just in a free sit down consultation with another attorney that put so much of my concerns and anxiety to rest that I then hired him, and was also at a farore fair price. Pros - She was able to keep the jurisdiction from being transferred out of state in the custody case and referred me to a very good attorney in the other state when needed and in a timely fashion.
