A former prosecutor and now defense attorney, Nathan Evershed has experience with every kind of criminal case. He began his career as a prosecutor inside the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office, where he was assigned to thousands of cases, everything from traffic tickets to aggravated murder. Nathan conducted dozens of jury trials during his time as a prosecutor, most of the trials were felony cases.

Nathan has experience in cases in every kind of misdemeanor or felony criminal case, including: DUI, domestic violence, theft, assault, special victim, white collar, homicide, and others.

Outstanding

Fantastic legal help

He handles it

I would highly recommend Nathan Evershed. He has knowledge, expertise and a great demeanor. He's easy to work with and helps to keep your stressors low while he handles your business. Long story short, I was in a car accident while visiting Utah. Draper police WRONGFULLY arrested me for being under the influence even though I willingly submitted to a field sobriety test, a blood work. All were negative of anything. He got the charges completely dropped. So grateful I found him. He made it so I didn't have to stress through my holiday season.

Tom Cruise’s A FEW GOOD MEN has nothing on Nathan.

Nathan Evershed is a rock star. A friend of mine is an attorney and knew I was in a predicament. Unbeknownst to me, my friend contacted Nathan. The next morning my phone rang with Nathan on the other end. Nathan walked me through everything. When I texted he replied quickly and was always attentive. You know the hot shot attorneys you see on TV, well basically that is Nathan Evershed. Just think of the best closing arguments you have seen in the movies and that’s Nathan. If you don’t need legal services, you can still hire him just to watch him give a made up opening/closing argument. He’s that good. Nathan is well know and respected in the judicial system. Trust me, you will have fun telling others Nathan Evershed is your attorney.

Unsurpassed expertise led to case dismissal

I hired Nathan Evershed after a criminal case was brought against me. I never felt like I had to press Nathan's team to get things done. In fact, I never had to lift a finger. Nathan's team as professional and I didn't feel like I was being judged. Nathan and his team were timely and communicated with me so effectively, I felt like I really got more than what I paid for. Nathan's expertise was crucial to having my case dismissed; during my initial hearing (today, 11/24/20). No probation, no fines, and a life returned back to normal with my family. Fair, honest, and thorough.

One of the best lawyers I talked to about my case. When talking to him about my case you told me how everything would go and what to expect. Exceptional Defense Lawyer

I hired Mr. Evershed to defend me in a federal case. I was looking at about a 20 year sentencing and he got me out with just a 36 month probation with no fines or anything. He always updated me with information I needed and gave encouragement that things would go well. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a good defense attorney.

Best attorney around

Nathan Evershed is easy to work with. He’s knowledgeable and is able to provide honest answers in a timely manner. It’s a terrifying experience to be criminally charged. Nathan’s confidence always left me feeling better after speaking with him. He is great at responding quickly and I never had worry’s or concerns that he wasn’t on top of my case. Hiring Nathan was the best thing I even did

n fact, Nathan was the second lawyer I hired for my case. He made me believe there are still righteous and honest lawyers out there. Best attorney in Utah

Ive been in law enforcement for 17 years and made a legitimate mistake however the agency i worked for over reacted and forced me to resign. My case went to POST, and to be honest post investigators are self righteous jerks who make thier decision before they even interviewed me. The investgators wanted to suspend me for 2 years. We appealed the case and had it heard by a judge, Nathan argued my case to the judge and destroyed the Post attorney in front of the judge, a week later the judge give his verdict, which much to my surprise even the judge slammed post and their investigation, calling it a gross lack of investigations given the allegations they alleged against me. The judge complemented Nathan for pointing out the incompetent investigation by post. I would HIGHLY recommend Nathan for your attorney, he takes his job very serious and is extremely knowledgeable.
