Biography
A former prosecutor and now defense attorney, Nathan Evershed has experience with every kind of criminal case. He began his career as a prosecutor inside the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office, where he was assigned to thousands of cases, everything from traffic tickets to aggravated murder. Nathan conducted dozens of jury trials during his time as a prosecutor, most of the trials were felony cases.
Nathan has experience in cases in every kind of misdemeanor or felony criminal case, including: DUI, domestic violence, theft, assault, special victim, white collar, homicide, and others.

Honest and forthright.
