Biography
Joseph C. Alamilla graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law (University of Utah) and has practiced law since 2003. His practice includes criminal defense, divorce and child custody, and business/contract litigation. He is a trial attorney, having taken numerous cases to trial including civil contract disputes, felonies, misdemeanors, and divorces and paternity issues. He regularly defends a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI, drug and alcohol charges, sexual offenses, domestic violence and theft.
Joseph attended the University of Utah and graduated with a B.A. in History and Asian Studies in 2000. He was admitted to practice law in the Utah Supreme Court and in the Utah Federal District Court in 2003, and was licensed to practice law in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2005.

Great attorney
I hired Joseph to handle my divorce case. There were specific things that I wanted out of my divorce, my Pention being the main thing. Joseph fought for it and won, among other things. There wasn't one thing that I asked for that I did not get. Joseph articulated the facts and we came out on top.
