Biography
Joseph C. Alamilla graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law (University of Utah) and has practiced law since 2003. His practice includes criminal defense, divorce and child custody, and business/contract litigation. He is a trial attorney, having taken numerous cases to trial including civil contract disputes, felonies, misdemeanors, and divorces and paternity issues. He regularly defends a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI, drug and alcohol charges, sexual offenses, domestic violence and theft.
Joseph attended the University of Utah and graduated with a B.A. in History and Asian Studies in 2000. He was admitted to practice law in the Utah Supreme Court and in the Utah Federal District Court in 2003, and was licensed to practice law in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2005.

Replied last July 19, 2019West - I'm sorry that you were frustrated and I know you were not the only one frustrated with the legal referral service that paired us together, which is why I stopped using them as a third party referral resource. Too many things fell through the cracks in terms of communication and when I stopped working with them I withdrew on the cases I had through them, which included yours. Again, I'm sorry you were frustrated.
