Biography
Joseph C. Alamilla graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law (University of Utah) and has practiced law since 2003. His practice includes criminal defense, divorce and child custody, and business/contract litigation. He is a trial attorney, having taken numerous cases to trial including civil contract disputes, felonies, misdemeanors, and divorces and paternity issues. He regularly defends a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI, drug and alcohol charges, sexual offenses, domestic violence and theft.
Joseph attended the University of Utah and graduated with a B.A. in History and Asian Studies in 2000. He was admitted to practice law in the Utah Supreme Court and in the Utah Federal District Court in 2003, and was licensed to practice law in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2005.

Replied last July 19, 2019I stopped using these guys as a third party referral resource because there was too much confusion between their referrals and my office. The communication had to go through their office before it got to my office. I stopped it for several reasons and chief among them was the confusion that lead to negative reviews (2 negative reviews in 15 years). I'm sorry you were frustrated.
