David Todd Lupo

Originally from New Jersey, David earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1999. Prior to receiving his law degree, David also received his Bachelor of Arts in classical history, cum laude, from Washington & Lee University in 1996.

David and his wife Ashley have been residents of Marco Island since 1998. David has been practicing civil litigation for over a decade with an emphasis on real property, commercial and business litigation. David also assists both small business owners as well as medical professionals. David is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association and the American Inns of Court. In addition to practicing law in Florida, David is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

As an advocate for disaster and humanitarian relief, David has taken leadership positions with the American Red Cross, serving as the Chairman of the Florida Southern Gulf Region, Chairman of the Collier County Chapter, and as a national delegate for the nonprofit organization.
