I've been fighting for custody of my children for years now. My children had expressed wanting to live with me and my ex refused to allow them to. I contacted HPK and Jake was assigned to my case. Jake helped my son son get his kids back, my daughter in law passed in April of 2022 and her dad and step mom filed for temporary gaurdianship, it was a horrible time but Jake walked my son through everything and was there every step of the way, always had time to answer questions or concerns not on...ly from my son but myself as well. Jake Hardee is a great attorney to have on your side. He never left me with negative feelings. There were zero communication issues, he is very punctual. I am part of the rare cases that go to trial.
